Iron Wake Partners LLC provides scheduled Property Watch & Care for Wisconsin lake homes, cottages, and vacant residences. Visual checks and photo reporting help you stay informed about your home when you cannot visit yourself.
Our lake-home territory spans Washington County around West Bend and Hartford, and Waukesha County’s Lake Country around Pewaukee, Delafield, and Oconomowoc. We review every property individually before confirming a route and service scope.

A scheduled visit includes agreed visual observations of accessible heating, water, doors, windows, and property condition, with photo updates and issue notifications. It is not continuous monitoring, a licensed home inspection, or a guarantee against damage.
Yes. Property Watch & Care is for seasonal homes, cottages, second homes, and primary residences left vacant during travel. Access and the visit checklist are agreed with the homeowner in advance.
Property Watch starts at $299/month with snow removal quoted separately. Winter Property Care starts at $699/month and includes up to four standard snow-clearing visits monthly within the agreed scope. Estate & Cottage Care starts at $899+/month with a property-specific snow allowance. Final pricing and availability are confirmed per property.
Year-round property watch is available subject to scheduling and service availability. Iron Wake can assist with communication and coordination when available, but does not guarantee 24-hour emergency response. Contact the appropriate emergency service provider for immediate emergencies.
