Every visit follows the scope we agree on up front: which surfaces get cleared, what triggers a visit, and how we handle drifted or compacted snow. Snow triggers, clearing limits, and any extra charges are defined in your agreement before the season starts, so there are no surprises after the first big storm.

Visits are triggered by the snowfall threshold in your agreement — typically a set accumulation. After qualifying storms, we clear routes in sequence; seasonal agreement customers are prioritized on the route.
Seasonal agreement or per visit — which is better?+
Seasonal agreements guarantee your spot on the route and priority clearing after every qualifying storm. Per-visit service works for lighter needs, but availability during major storms goes to agreement customers first.
I'm away for the winter — how do I know the work got done?+
We can send photo updates after each clearing visit. Many snowbirds pair snow removal with our Property Watch & Care visits for full coverage while they're out of state.
What happens during a major storm or blizzard?+
During heavy or prolonged storms we clear in passes as conditions allow, prioritizing safety and access. Emergency procedures and storm-day expectations are spelled out in the agreement.
